The Villa:

Enter into your private villa experience through a gated driveway to catch your first glimpses of the stunning turquoise hues of Chalk Sound past the modern white villa. Open the front door to a spacious grand room with an open-concept living room, dining area and kitchen, all complete with amazing views of the water!

Walk through the inviting Caribbean décor and out onto your private pool deck. With a large infinity pool, jacuzzi tub and tons of seating and lounging areas, the large pool deck offers the perfect vacation setting. With 5 master bedrooms with King beds and a sleeper sofa in the guest house, Caicos Cays can sleep 8-12 comfortably. The Location: 

Chalk Sound is a gorgeous natural lagoon and national park famous for the unbelievably crystal turquoise waters. Caicos Cays sits on a beautiful lot with direct water access onto Chalk Sound. Swim in the calm, shallow waters, or take one of the villa’s kayaks or SUPs out to explore the beautiful surroundings. Chalk Sound is located on the Southeastern side of the island, about a 20-minute drive from the Grace Bay area. Just a 10-minute drive from the Airport, and 20 minutes to the grocery store.

Nearby Attractions:

Taylor Bay Beach is the closest beach; it’s a 10-minute walk or very short drive from Caicos Cays. Taylor Bay Beach is a crescent-shaped beach great for a beach walk, to snorkel, or enjoy a lovely sunset. Taylor Bay Beach is a great beach to choose for a more low-key less-frequented beach.

Sapodilla Bay Beach is just a 5-minute drive past Taylor Bay Beach and also offers a crescent shape with very shallow water going far out into the ocean. With 1-2 foot deep water far out, Sapodilla Bay Beach is a great beach for young children. There is a jet-ski provider out of Sapodilla Bay Beach. Sapodilla Hill is a tall hill just behind the beach; you can hike the hill to find pirate carvings at its summit!

Las Brisas Restaurant:

Las Brisas is a Cuban restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Situated on Chalk Sound, this restaurant offers a lot of seating with stunning views. You can take pontoon boat and kayaking tours out of Las Brisas as well.
