We had a great time at Reef Pearl! The kids did a marathon Marco Polo sessions in the pool, we enjoyed more than a few hot tubs at sunset and the sailing was super fun…so windy! Thank you all for a wonderful vacation.

Reef Pearl worked out beautifully for our family vacation! We enjoyed the spectacular views, breezes, and the beautiful grounds. We absolutely love the Turtle Cove area and certainly hope we will be blessed to visit this beautiful island again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay at your fabulous home. From the beautiful beach and water to the pool table & hot tub. My husband and I, our two teenage boys, and grandmother were completely relaxed but constantly engaged in all the "fun" that the home offered. Steven was so friendly and worked so hard with the constant upkeep of the home. This was our first of many times visiting Turks & Caicos. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we cannot wait for our next visit!

We had a great week here at Reef Pearl. Our daughter, 3, loved the play ground. Living in an apartment in NYC, its very exciting to have her own right outside! The pool was great. We didn't spend too much time at the beach as it was very windy, but we had fun playing down there in the early mornings and evenings. Our daughter and son (10 months) loved all the toys, especially the soft toy "foggy." Your staff were great; friendly, helpful, professional. Thanks so much!

The five of us, three children (15, 12 and 12), left 5 feet of snow in Hingham, MA for a terrific time at Reef Pearl! We enjoyed every activity we got our hands on, with the snorkeling especially good off the reef to the right out about 100 yards! The sunfish and water toys were a big hit. The outdoor wrap-around porch and view make this spot a gem, and Steve and Savoy were family, helpful and great to have around. And we appreciate the clean hot tub on the beach where we spent many a afternoon sunning on the great days! Thanks for sharing the great spot and fun sports toys!

Had a wonderful time here,celebrating our son’s 10th birthday. We have stayed at Conch Pearl before and enjoyed Reef Pearl just as much. Our Kids, ages 7&10 loved snorkeling out on Smith’s Reef right out in front of the house. There is great snorkeling all up and down the beach here where you can see turtles,porcupine fish,barracuda and the occasional ray. This house is very well stocked to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Brendon for making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We will be back soon!

Brilliant Villa and stay it had everything. When we were at the villa we played in the pool,swam in the sea and played darts & pool. Brilliant view and brilliant location. There is also a barbecue outside which is really effective. Overall one of the best holidays anyone would have.

We have had an extraordinary week at Reef Pearl. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The beach is breathtaking - the sand so soft and the water so blue. We spent hours there everyday. Reef Pearl was perfect for our family. Our older boys (17&25) enjoyed the lower apartment while my husband & I relaxed upstairs. The little touches ( stuffed animals, provision of basic supplies ) really made our stay special. When we were not at the beach, we enjoyed playing darts & pool as well as relaxing at the swimming pool. We don’t want to go home. Hopefully we will be able to return again soon.

The host was super accommodating and welcoming prior and during the trip. The listing was accurate, there were actually more fun toys and perks available to use than the listing suggested.... like a brand new golf cart that was super fun! We had an amazing time and I would 100% recommend Reef Pearl. Turtle Cove is very central to lots of restaurants/bars. My group was really happy we didn't stay in Grace Bay which was too touristy and crowded for our taste. Reef Pearl was the perfect house for us.

The beach area was clean and well supplied with nice chairs to lounge and sun. Also, the new hot tub down by the beach was a huge bonus!! The bathrooms had soap, shampoo, etc. which was nice!! We loved the accessibility of the washer/dryer and used it often to dry the beach towels provided. The living room area was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with a great assortment of dishes, pots and cooking utensils. The surprise was that it was also supplied with tupperware, oils, spices, plastic wrap, dish soap, dish detergent, etc.!! All the things that you always wish were in your rental apartment/villa were there!! Pleasant surprise!!!!

We had a great stay at Reef Pearl!! We loved the beach area and the location was perfect--private yet accessible to many restaurants, etc.

The villa was lovely and the perfect arrangement for our family. I tend to evaluate vacationrentals by the quality of the porch furniture and the porch, pool and beach furniture was top notch. There was a bonus of lighter weight lounges that we could move onto to the main beach very easily. We used the golf cart every day but also the bikes for a quick spin to the beach. There is a cooler if you want to load up with ice and drinks but honestly you are so close to the beach that we never did. But we did use it to bring ice back from IGA ( also super close). The kids snorkeled right from the house and just to the west at the northwest point of Smiths Reef. We visited resort Grace Bay beaches and snorkeled at Coral Gardens but we only needed to do that once. We loved our private beach and only saw the occasional person walking to Smiths Reef northwest point and horses. The grounds are beautiful, the private upper beach area with new shade area and stone hot tub surround is wonderful. Pool was small but exactly what the kids wanted for small breaks from the ocean. We used every toy, kayak and paddle board. The owners were there when we were and were very helpful in explaining how to manage the a/c. It was warm when we were there so we never opened a window, but keeping close tabs on the a/c at between 22-24 C we only went $3 over the $150 budget. There is always a breeze so it was only too warm to sit on the porch early in the morning when the sun was shining full on. More than enough kitchen utensils, new washer dryer on each floor. Robes were a surprise in each closet. The bathroom on the lower level is a little outdated but I think they may be updating that. Owners son was very cute and took my kids paddle boarding with their dog. Three wifi locations so we had better connection than at home. If we ever return to Turks we will be staying at Reef Pearl. I can\'t stop looking at our pictures.

What a fabulous week. The Reef Pearl was perfect for our family. My boys, ages 4 and 6 has a wonderful time. My in-laws enjoyed and relaxed with the grand children.

Loved the house and all the amenities. The beach, pool, game room, awesome! Thank you for the golf cart. Exactly what we needed for my in laws and little ones. We really enjoyed the house, island and beach. We will return!

We had such a fabulous time at Reef Pearl with our 2 boys, ages 3 and 6. Amazing privacy with a gorgeous beach and the most comfortable accommodations, everything was ideal! The best hot tub ever! We are hopeful to enjoy return trips to Reef Pearl as our boys grow. Thanks for providing such a fantastic non-resort option here in Turks & Caicos!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reef Pearl. We thought the house had all the right toys! We love this part of Provo and deemed it our favorite island in the Caribbean! The beachside jacuzzi tub was a huge hit, especially under the starry nights. Thank you again for all of your hospitality.

The Reef Pearl is gorgeous! Its a perfect path of paradise for swimming, snokreling, and anything you can think of! We had many adventures and wont forget our wonderful stay!

Dejaste unas conchas en este casa de visita. Son grandes o chicito. Dejaste por que solo puedo traer tres conchas en el avion. Piensava que los otros que vienan vas a gustar los conchas grandes mas de los chicitos. Mi cama es muy suave.

We left some shells in the vacation house. Some are big and some are little. We left them because you can only bring 3 shells on the plane. I thought that you would like the big shells more than the little ones. My bed was very soft.

This is our second time staying at Reef Pearl and it was a great trip! We loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards every day! The fireworks along Grace Bay on New Year's Eve were awesome! Our favorite restaurants this trip were Grace Cottage, Baci, Las Brisas (great lunch and views!), and Stelle. I cannot wait to come back and stay again! Love the private beach!

This was an outstanding villa. My family and I had the most amazing fun-filled week! We loved the golf cart and the Naughty Gull coffee shop down the street. We took several classes from Retreat Yoga, they were amazing. We could always find things to do on this beautiful island and the locals were extremely friendly. We enjoyed a festival on the streets of Grace Bay for Boxing Day. This villa is perfect for families and has tons of amenities.

Dear Villa Owners, we had a great time here! First of all, great house! Very convenient! Great sport equipment on the beach! The cleaning service was good.

We loved: da Conch Shack, Froggies, Opus, Bungaloo. Check Out Chalk Sound, Malcolm Beach Sunset, West Harbour for unforgettable views!

The house was spotless and the mid week cleaning a real treat!

Da conch shack, Mango reef. Spa Tropique and small vegan restaurant in same shopping center called Retreat Kitchen was amazing!! Loved the gourmet IGA, great selection! My family loved all the activities that everything at the Villa allowed. Paddle boards, snorkel gear, glass bottom boat, kayaks, golf cart, etc.... I rented this Villa because of all it included and we enjoyed it all!

I already have. You have been professional, responsive and easy to work with. A top notch organization that we feel happy to have found! Do you have rentals on any other islands besides Turks and Caicos?

Everything was in excellent shape and waiting for us to use. The villa was in great condition. All the amenities that it had to offer was amazing. We loved Mango Reef restaurant, which is really close by to the Villa. We enjoyed the beach and the snorkeling it was amazing. I would hate for all my friends to book this villa, I want it all to myself.

We stayed at the villa during spring break with 2 families. The Villa is awesome, it is stocked with everything you need to not go anywhere else and enjoy the beautiful beach all day every day. From fully stocked kitchen with excellent appliances, to a game room with pool table, foosball table, darts, etc..., to awesome amenities on the beach, this is the best house that we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to booking and staying there again next year.
