COVID Travel: How to travel to Turks & Caicos?

Escape to a modern luxury vacation rental at Plum Wild Villa, a spacious two-bedroom villa just a few steps from the world-famous white sands of Grace Bay Beach. This villa is the perfect choice for two couples or a family of 4, with 5 restaurants within a short walk and the island’s best snorkeling right in front of this amazing villa! This luxury villa is outfitted with a tasteful modern flair and features a large kitchen, spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful pool deck with space for sunning and BBQ.

To add to the beautiful furnishings, Plum Wild offers amazing 180° views of the signature Turks and Caicos turquoise sea from almost every room in the villa! The lovely views at Plum Wild from the second and third floors are not just beautiful, they beckon onlookers to take a dip in those calm clear waters. Walk outside along the sugar-white sand and snorkel in the water to see the underwater beauty of Turks and Caicos. We have caught glimpses of sea turtles, manta rays, countless fish, and colorful coral. All in all, this is the perfect spot to get away from it all and enjoy a piece of paradise.

• Bedroom 1 (master) – Beach level, patio, outdoor bathtub and shower, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV.

• Bedroom 2 (master) – Beach level, patio, outdoor shower, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV.

• These bedrooms have outdoor showers only.

• Plum Wild is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first  $150.00 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. There are three separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Plum Wild gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.

• A cleaning fee of $285 is added to the rental rate.

    Plum Wild is an exceptional villa. The location is perfect as we could walk down Grace Bay as well as being on Smith\'s Reef for snorkeling and just behind Turtle Cove for the diving spent the week doing. The design of the villa is amazing. The disappearing wall of glass doors between the main living area and the pool deck made if feel straight out of Architectural Digest. The rooftop deck has a spectacular view and was so comfortable with the two new cushioned couches. Perfect for a glass of wine at sunset which we did every night. Having two master bedrooms and large baths made it very comfortable. Loved the outdoor showers & tub. The gardens surrounding the villa were well planted and lush. No expense spared there. We found there was ample & comfortable outdoor seating on all porches and patios. When the sun was too hot on the ocean side the covered porch off the back of the living room was just right. Although we found this villa perfect for our trip with our daughter to celebrate her graduation from college it would make the perfect choice for a honeymoon or two couples. I would not recommend this for children as the beautiful open wood staircase and the living areas elevated off the ground may pose a risk for tots. We have rented luxury villas all over the caribbean for 25 years and Plum Wild ranks as one of the best.

  • Wild Plum is an amazing property. We took our daughter to Turks & Caicos for her college graduation celebration. We all scuba dive together and wanted the perfect spot to relax after our days underwater. This villa is very well designed w/2 masters on the ground floor w/outdoor showers & privacy with the plantings and the dune. The second level living, dining & kitchen lives indoor/outdoor to the lovely small pool just outside with the retractable wall of glass doors. High end appliances all worked, unusual in many caribbean villas. Architectural Digest decorating throughout. Beautiful view from the pool deck. As people occasionally walked down the beach in front of us we felt very private. The 3rd level roof top observation deck has two comfortable couches and a magnificent view. This villa is at the very end of Grace Bay so it is very walkable to the hotels & beach restaurants.
    We have rented villas twice before in close proximity to Wild Plum. This villa ranks way above the others in every way. It would be a spectacular place for a honeymoon.

    House was as advertised, the real thing just as nice as the pics. Had everything we needed.

    Great vacation in a nice place. My birthday was during our stay and my wife called the office wanting to surprise me with a cake. They put her in touch with a local baker who even delivered it the morning of my birthday. Nice touch, great cake, and much appreciated
