Ocean Edge is the center villa in the trio of The Villas at Grace Bay, three beautifully designed, one-bedroom villas on the world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Each of the beachfront villas offers a private swimming pool, two levels of living space outfitted in tasteful, modern décor, multiple terraces, and stunning views of both Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina.

The comfortable beach-level living room features a 40″ Google TV, though who would choose to watch TV when you can enjoy a beautiful view from your sliding glass doors? The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, or you can grill fresh fish on the BBQ grill area on the pool patio and dine alfresco. Walk upstairs to a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed where you will awaken to turquoise views of Grace Bay. You can also enjoy the view while relaxing in the giant granite tub, or from the two balconies: one looks over Grace Bay and the other over Turtle Cove Marina! Open both sets of french doors to enjoy a relaxing salt-air breeze through your master bedroom.

The Villas at Grace Bay are conveniently located a short walk or drive from Turtle Cove Marina which offers 5 restaurants,  a dive shop, boating and sailing excursions, and more.

Notes:

• The bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bath, patio, large soaking tub, TV,  and spectacular ocean views.

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150.00 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. There are two separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Ocean Edge gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation. Please note a cleaning fee of $235.00 is added to the rate.

• Ocean Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.

  • It was fantastic. We ate in every day and relaxed diving on Smiths Reef. The private pool was a joy and the sunsets spectacular. I already have recommended it to friends. We will be back. The location is the absolute best on the Island. We felt safe and secure at all times.

    We celebrated our 15 year anniversary and Earl's 40th birthday here in the beautiful island. We can't say enough great things about this villa. The privacy, the great snorkeling, breakfast at sunrise, dinner and a cigar at sunset were a few of the many perks of this place. This vacation has absolutely taken our breathe away and we are returning home relaxed and restored. We cannot wait to come back!

    This villa was amazing. It is a gorgeous place with everything that you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. It is spotless with a modern decor. It is right on smiths reef so if you enjoy snorkeling this is the place for you. We walked everyday to the reef and snorkeled for hours. We saw stingrays and many different types of fish big and small. We also saw a barracuda. It was a good 6 feet in length. The beach is very private and the water is warm and inviting. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and everything that is needed is close by including an IGA for groceries. The setting is more natural instead of the more touristic part of Grace Bay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

    This is our second stay with TC Villas.The Villa and island were amazing. Have been to several places in the Caribbean but something draws us back to Provo and TC Villas. The villa is very comfortable and private and has everything you could need for a perfect relaxing vacation. Pamela is spot on for the welcome orientation. Really appreciate the extras like the ipad and cooler. We personally enjoy the 2 story floor plan so we have both the balcony and patio to enjoy water views. Also like having the front and back water views. Have recommended to several friends and will return.

    We took a day trip to North and Middle Caicos. Also love to visit the pot cakes. participated in the Thursday Night Fish fry. Good food and entertainment. Loved all the restaurants, ran out of days. Favorites for dinner were Seven, Grace\'s Cottage, Coco Bistro. Also had great meals at local places in the Turtle Cove area, Bacci, Hideaway Grill and Chill, Mango Reef, plus others in the main Grace Bay Beach area.

    We felt extremely well taken care of, from tcvillas being in contact with us whenever we needed a question answered, to having our on island property manager available when we needed her. It was truly paradise.

    We loved captain marvins parasailing, driving around the island and exploring, eating at kalookis, mid amigos, shay cafe, amanyara, and somewhere cafe.

    Very clean and beautiful. Already had soaps for bathing, dishes and laundry. Met us at the door after a long day of travel with water and a warm welcome.
    The place was beautiful as described. Very relaxing vacation. We were greeted on arrival and sent off with a smile. Could not have been more pleased.
