COVID Travel: How to travel to Turks & Caicos?

Would you believe us if we told you the stunning beach view is even better in person at Conched Out? The sea surrounding the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos transforms from morning to night with the most beautiful colors of blue we have ever seen. Conched Out is a 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms luxury beachfront villa perfectly positioned on the private and stunning Long Bay Beach (on the southeastern side of the island).

This grand estate offers a plethora of lounging spots on the large pool deck with shaded and sunny seats for enjoying the mesmerizing turquoise views of the ocean. Open the large disappearing doors that lead to the pool deck and let the Caribbean breeze dance into the villa. Splash in the deep infinity pool (can be heated; optional), or grill fresh fish and mix a cocktail in the outdoor wet bar -conveniently located beside the pool terrace! Take a luxurious nap in the breezy shade in one of the three hammocks overlooking the turquoise sea (tip-this is a great spot for seeing the spectacular sunrise), or stroll down a few steps to the pristine Long Bay Beach.

Conched Out features seven bedrooms, two kitchens, and a giant open-aired terrace on the top floor, perfect for viewing the amazing star-filled skies at night! The lack of ambient light on this small Caribbean island allows for some truly amazing star-gazing. Four spacious bedrooms are located on the main floor, three of which feature a king-size bed and flat-screen TVs, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has twin beds (can also be configured as a king) and a bathroom just across the hall. The three ground-level bedrooms all offer queen size beds; two have en-suite bathrooms and the third has a bathroom across the hall. The ground lower level offers an additional kitchen and a small dining area.

Bedroom Breakdown:

• Bedroom 1 (Master): Second Story, King size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and patio.

• Bedroom 2: Second Story, King or T/T bed(s), bath across the hall, TV.

• Bedroom 3: Second Story, King size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and patio.

• Bedroom 4: Second Story, King size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and patio.

• Bedroom 5: First Story, Queen size bed, en-suite bath, TV.

• Bedroom 6: First Story, Queen size bed, bath across the hall, TV.

• Bedroom 7: First Story, Queen size bed, en-suite bath, TV.

Notes:

• Conched Out features an optional pool heater and guests may split the $600 A/C allowance between air conditioning and pool heating. Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in.  Overage is charged at the current market rate.

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste.  An a/c allowance of $600 per week is included in the rental rate.  Guest will be charged actual cost for usage beyond the $600 allowance and will be shown the electric meter upon check-in.

    We had an amazing time at this villa. Not only were the views to die for but the house itself was incredible. It had so much character. From the furniture to the architectural accents, the place felt uniquely crafted. Not like a cookie cutter villa at all. Each bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable and well equipped. As was the kitchen which was fully stocked. The upper deck and pool areas were inviting and had ample seating. It was a tearful goodbye for sure.

    This was a dream vacation for a grandma to spend time in a beach house with her kids and grandkids, total of 16. Best dream of my life!! The kids loved the house. They spent most of their time in the pool or at the beach..or in a hammock...or at the basketball hoop.
    The basement area was great for the young grandkids who needed to nap and not have direst access to the pool area. Also great for a 16 year old to get his sleep :)
    We all commented on how comfortable the beds were.
    The house staff are VERY friendly and helpful when making plans for a restaurant or places to visit.
    The pics of the house, I guess, were taken a few years ago. So close to the salt air, still it is in good condition and well maintained. The grounds are full of beautiful plants.
    I hope to have this dream again :)

    What a beautiful layout,both inside and out of this amazing house. The beds were comfortable. The pictures look beautiful but being there was even more amazing! Everything was perfect and seamless. The beach is stunning and one of the most beautiful in the world.

  • From the first uncluttered breathtaking views of the blue ocean from the great room of the Villa to viewing the star filled sky from the roof balcony, you know this is a vacation place you will never forget. We were 11 guests settled into 6 beautiful bedrooms and spent our time deciding if we should bath in the sun, float in the infinity pool, or swim in the clear water with a white sand beach. A few of use like to cook and the kitchen is totally stocked with enough dishes, glasses, and pots and pans for a crew.
    We are all still talking about making our new vacation spot a yearly event.

    The house, the view, the staff -- everything is spectacular. And you haven't lived until you've had an open-air massage on your patio with only the ocean as your view. After the massage, you’re literally only steps away from swimming in the waves. This is a wonderful place to spend quality time with family and friends in a very private, exclusive setting.

  • From my very first phone contact with TCVILLAS, I knew that I had found the right company to coordinate this very important family vacation of celebrating our two daughter's 40th Birthdays, one daughter's 14th wedding anniversary and the other daughter's renewal of wedding vows. No matter who answered the phone, they were able to assist with questions and you always felt as though you were a very important client. It was so nice to know that the entire staff was familiar with your rental agreement and did not have to wait for only one person to handle your account. Any emails sent were responded with answers within the hour. I would like to thank the entire staff for their recommendations from scuba diving, car rentals, restaurants, grocery store options and general information that made our visit to the island an amazing vacation with so many wonderful memories to remember for a lifetime.

    Dani and staff:

    Just returned from Turks and Caicos with my family. Just wanted to let all of you know about our vacation. First of all the house and staff were amazing. Pictures are current and everything was as pictured. We experienced Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, evening cruise and enjoyed meals at various restaurants. Needless to say, we had a fabulous time and hated to come home. The house is wonderful. Comfortable and ample room for our group of 13.

    Hector helped us so much. He did anything we asked and he did it with a smile. If we didn't know something or was in a bind he stepped right up to the plate and took care of it. You guys are lucky to have someone like that in the villa. I already told some of my friends that we are going to rent it out. I have traveled a lot and I would have to say this is one of the best vacations I have every had. I can't wait to come back.

    EXCEPTIONAL! I only have one thing i would add. The Villa had so many things from Swimming floaties to life jackets, bug spray, tanning lotion, to snorkel gear to tons of movies and card games that i wish i knew about because we brought much of that stuff with us and did not have to. I would and can not wait until i return again. The views are AMAZING and made for an unbelievable vacation

    The pictures of Conched out were gorgeous but I felt like the villa was even more beautiful in person!! We loved the villa very much and would like to return next year! They have every gadget you can imagine and even a vita mix for smoothies!!

    We loved everything about Conched out and are anxious to return there again. We fell in love with Long Bay beach and the white beach sands and aqua waters! We would love to visit again soon!!

  • April 2017\We loved this property. It was well-equipped with everything and Claudia and Hector were amazing help through the week and made sure our stay was flawless. We same for a big family reunion, and my mother wanted to make the family her long time speciality dish that is loved by all, but needed a pressure cook. All it took was asking, and within one hour the TC Villas service had bought and brought us a pressure cooker!! It was amazing and special and so kind. I was incredibly impressed and really touched by their efforts and sensitivity.
