- Choose travel dates. Take a look at flights to determine availability of direct flights to PLS (Providenciales International Airport). Keep children’s school and work schedules in mind. Many vacation rentals on island stick to a 7 night Saturday-Saturday schedule.
- Determine how many guests will be traveling with you and get commitments from all parties. Then you can decide on the size of the villa. - Check Availability: Talk to one of our villa rental specialists to find out which villas are open for your travel dates. This is a great opportunity to ask us about the island, villas or any other travel questions. We can place dates on a no obligation 72 hour hold.
- Confirm your rental: The booking process begins with a TC Villas Specialist placing the property on hold for you (holds are no obligation and remain on the calendar for 72 hours). To do this, we request the following: phone number, address, and total number of adults/children/babies in your party. Then, we would then send you an email confirming the dates we’re holding, as well as the rental agreement. We request a 25% deposit (paid by check or wire transfer) with the remaining balance + 12% gvt tax due 90 days prior to your arrival on island. For travel within 90 days, we request the full amount. Once your payment is received we send you a confirmation with arrival instructions.
