Providenciales, Turks and Caicos is known for its white sands and crystal blue waters; however, there are plenty of adventurous activities for the active traveler. In this blog post, we’ll go over some of Provo’s best hiking trails.

Sapodilla Bay Hills

Sunny Bay Estates are set within walking distance to Sapodilla Bay Hills.

Sapodilla Bay Hill on the island of Providenciales is a great hiking spot; be sure to bring water, a hat, sunscreen, and good hiking shoes. Hike to the top of the hill to be on the island’s highest point, and also look out for ancient pirate carvings! Be sure to bring a camera to snap pictures of the beautiful Sapodilla Bay and Chalk Sound. Located on the southwest part of the island of Providenciales, this fun activity is a 15-minute drive from Grace Bay.

Split Rock

Caicos Cays is one villa within close proximity to Split Rock.

Also known as Pirate’s Cove, this stunning geological formation on Provo’s southern shore is worthy of your attention. Hike to the edge of the peninsula, where you will find incredible views, marine bird nesting sites, and a jumping-off point to Provo’s warm waters below.

Bird Rock Trail

Villa Allegria is set within an 8 mind drive to Bird Rock Trail

Low limestone bluffs, mangrove canals, and tidal sea marshes make up the topography here. This habitat is fascinating, and it’s a terrific place to see many of the unusual saline-resistant plants that are typical of the nation’s marshes.
