Villa Alamandra is a stunning waterfront comfortably fitting up to 8 guests.

Valid Passport:

It is important to note the expiration date on each passport to ensure that it does not expire within 6 months of travel dates. As you begin your planning, it is a great idea to check everyone’s passport expiration dates and order new passports if necessary. That way you are not rushed and stressed to get it last minute!

Accommodation:

With planning and research, you can find accommodation that fits your budget. Turks and Caicos is home to many great vacation rental villas, condos, hotels, resorts, and inns. Speak to your group about your budget for accommodations and ask each member what is important for them to experience on their vacation. Each group is different! For a group seeking to relax by their private pool, cook together, and gather to eat and catch up, a vacation rental villa is a great choice.

With 5 equal master bedrooms, a furnished kitchen, inviting dining room and amazing pool deck, Villa Isla is a great example of an ideal luxury beachfront villa for 5 couples. Alternately we have Caicos Cays Villa, which also offers 5 bedrooms but is a waterfront property. Caicos Cays is also a stunning luxury villa, but because this property is not beachfront, it is priced lower than the former villa. Taking in factors such as beachfront vs. oceanfront can help your group budget for other exciting adventures like boat excursions, scuba diving, or deep-sea fishing

Food:

Just like at home, eating out is more expensive overall than grocery shopping and cooking in. Luckily the Turks and Caicos has several great grocery stores, but if you don’t wish to cook during your vacation, there are other options. The island offers many restaurants ranging from casual to high-end dining. You can also have a chef cater or cook in your villa to prepare your meals. Planning to take turns preparing a few breakfasts or lunches can make a big difference in overall costs for food.

Excursions:

Transportation:

Many guests ask us about taking taxis on island, and we totally understand! Driving in a new place can be intimidating. But, driving in the Turks and Caicos is a breeze and we believe makes for a much better overall vacation experience. We highly recommend all guests to rent a car since it is both more economical (taxis are very expensive on island) and much more reliable. After a day or two of cruising around this tiny island, it will feel just like home!
