Have you ever had an experience so magical that you wish you could bottle it up, take it with you, and remember it forever?
..You mean a souvenir?
YES, but something that not everybody else has…you want something that can’t be bought at every souvenir shop! You yourself had your own set of memories that differ from others. You might have an inside joke with your husband or children that no one else will understand. Because this trip is unique to you in particular, you deserve an equally beautiful and special memory to take home.
Making Waves, an art studio, Provo has the answer to your generic souvenir woes. Alex Skye runs the studio and provides a wide variety of Turks and Caicos art pieces made by her and inspired by the island’s natural beauty, it’s people and the emotions that it instills within her.
Just a 15min drive away, Making Waves art studio is well worth your time to visit.
We’ll let the art speak for itself..
Gorgeous aren’t they?
Alex doesn’t just offer her own paintings either, if you’re willing to set your artistic ego aside and learn from her, you can attend an art class to help you make your own masterpiece!
For example, in this photo, a customer was shown the top left picture as a guide and then given directions by Alex on how to make their own version. The final piece, as you can see, turned out fantastic!
It’s time to unlock your hidden artist. With a little guidance from Alex, you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve.
