Let the views of Sapodilla Bay, palm trees swaying in the wind, and the crisp salty air greet you as you pass through the private gated driveway to Miami Vice Villa. With spectacular views of the famous Turks and Caicos turquoise waters, Miami Vice is a special place for guests to relax and unwind.

With two top floor equal master suites, this waterfront villa is perfect for a couple’s getaway or family vacation. Completed in December 2014, Miami Vice Two offers stunning views of the crystal-clear, tranquil waters of Sapodilla Bay, which offers some of the best swimming and paddle boarding on the island! The open-concept downstairs living area includes a stylish living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen, all perfect with stunning views through the wall-to-wall, disappearing glass doors. The large flat-screen television smoothly raises out of the floor. Walk up the stairs to the second-level bedrooms and enjoy the elevated view from the two equal master suites; both feature King beds and luxurious soaking tubs – the perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful sunset! You can also wash in the large waterfall shower stall with views of Chalk Sound in the distance. Miami Vice Two provides 2 kayaks and 2 paddles boards to enjoy the beautiful waters of Sapodilla Bay (shared with the neighboring cottage).

Grill your freshly caught fish on the  BBQ grill and dine al fresco!

Bedroom Breakdown: 

• Bedroom 1 (Master): King size bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, patio, TV.

• Bedroom 2 (Master): King size bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, patio, TV.

Notes:

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with the doors and windows open. Guests are given an allotment of $200 per week for A/C.  If that amount is exceeded, guests pay at a cost per kilowatt usage. There are three separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Miami Vice villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.

• Please note that the architect designed the property without screens so that the view would not be obstructed for you.

• A cleaning fee of $285 is added to the rental rate.

  • It was very peaceful and beautiful villa. The landscaping and property are designed very well. I would love to come again. Any and all food, including dry goods, has to be sealed in the refrigerator or ants and gnats come throughout each day. Everything else was great. Thank you for building such a beautiful oasis!

    We enjoyed our stay at Miami Vice, the villa is perfect. Loved lounging poolside, then having BBQ's. Ocean is amazing - scuba - we love Flamingo Divers. We saw sharks, turtles, many schools of colorful fish, and an octopus! Restaurants were all great,m we tried the Amanyara-worth the drive! Beach House, Coco Bistro, Las Brisas, Magnolia and Bay Bistro (you can get a table in the sand) Hope to be back soon! Now its back to California!

    We had a wonderful time here at Miami Vice. Most of our time was spent either by the pool or down by the beach. The views here are absolutely gorgeous! Our favorite restaurants included Hemingway's, Tiki Hut, and Las Brisas. We are already planning our next stay.

    We had an amazing time here and the Miami Vice Villa. The views here are absolutely beautiful. We spent most days swimming in both the ocean and the pool, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Our three girls had an amazing time as well. Las Brisas was very friendly for dinner. We are planning to come back next year!

    There is no better place to stay in Provo than Miami Vice! The view is beautiful beyond belief. The house is spacious and its attendants are incredibly kind. We took so many photos, our phones ran out of storage! Check out Tiki Hut and Bugaloo's if you like to eat out, but cook as much as possible because no kitchen has a view like this one. We will certainly be back!

    TC Villas did a great job in helping to arrange our last minute plans for our stay at Miami Vice II. They were highly responsive and extremely helpful. Initially I was very concerned about their requirement to wire 80% of the funds to a location in Puerto Rico. This concern quickly became a non-issue as everything proceeded smoothly once all the details were finalized.

    I have no reservations in recommending TC and their team for your vacation travels.
