Water Edge Villa is part of a trio of beautifully designed Villas at Grace Bay, a world-famous beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Water Edge features luxurious décor across two levels of living space, multiple terraces, and breathtaking vistas of Turtle Cove Marina and Grace Bay Beach. Viewed from the water, Water Edge is the westernmost villa on the right. Water Edge is nestled closer to the water and features a private pool set to the side for added privacy.

The spacious and comfortable beach-level living room features an amazing view as well as a  65” Google TV with web capabilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for preparing fresh fish or grill it on the pool patio, which features a BBQ grilling area. Take a dip in your private pool whilst enjoying the view. The large master bedroom upstairs offers fantastic views of Grace Bay. The large granite tub is perfect for soaking while enjoying views of the turquoise Caribbean sea. Afterward, enjoy a cool drink on the upstairs balconies that overlook either Grace Bay or Turtle Cove Marina. Invite in the sea breeze through the master bedroom by opening both ends to create a perfect tropical retreat.

Between the king-size bed, patios, luxury soaking tub, en-suite bath, and spectacular views, Water Edge Villa is a truly relaxing atmosphere. The Villas at Grace Bay are conveniently located a short walk or drive from Turtle Cove Marina which offers 5 restaurants, boating excursions, and a dive shop.

Notes:

• The bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bath, patio, large soaking tub, TV,  and spectacular ocean views.

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150.00 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. There are two separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Water Edge gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.

• Please note a cleaning fee of $235.00 is added to the rate.

•Water Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.

  • We came as boyfriend and girlfriend and left as bride and groom - to - be! Yes, he proposed right here at Water Edge Villa on the porch after a wonderfully prepared dinner by Chef Richard! This is our first time on island and it has been amazing! This spot is perfect! Not only is the villa beautiful, the proximity to the beach, restaurants/bars, and the adventures is fantastic! Bugle’s is a must to visit as well as Sapodilla Bay. We rented Jet Skis and enjoyed sight seeing on that part of the island. New Years Eve we ate at Bay Bistro, which had an excellent food, and rang in the New Year at Flamingos where they had a huge party with a live band on the beach, a bonfire, fireworks, and gorgeous views of all the other Grace Bay fireworks displays! Somewhere cafe has excellent hues rancheros and pretty views as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the slower pace and relaxing atmosphere! All the locals are very nice!

    We researched for days for places to stay starting in May 2018 and this could not have been more perfect! We will definitely be back! All in all my most favorite thing to do here was to drag the beach chairs to the beach right in front of the house with a nice cold cocktail and sit with our toes in the water and ass in the sand while listening to our favorite tunes! Enjoy!

  • This Villa was absolutely spectacular. The community of Turtle Cove was perfect and a great place to unwind away from the very busy and saturated Grace Bay area. There are many great restaurants to chose from that are walking distance from the villa. I would recommend renting a car if you wish to travel to the many different beaches and or restaurants that TCI has to offer. The beach was magical to say the least. Beautiful, serene, and pristine. Endless hours can be spent exploring the beautiful marine life not too far off shore. The rocks at the entrance of the beach were very easy to navigate and did not pose an issue in the least. There is a sandy entrance just a few steps away as well. The beach can be very private early morning and late afternoon/ evening. There are many tourists that come to enjoy the beautiful snorkelling that is situated just a few homes away. We met some incredible people from all over the world just sitting on the beach. Great vibes all around for anyone who visits this beach as its beauty is breath taking. The Villa itself has everything that you could ever need. It is modern and very clean. There is a cleaning service that comes mid week that was a great surprise. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it. You truly can not go wrong. It has the right amount of everything you would need to have an incredible experience in TCI.

    Hi TC Villas,
    Just a note to let you know that we had a absolutely fabulous time at "Water Edge". The villa is beautiful, the view of the water extraordinary, and the entire atmosphere was amazingly relaxing. This is our third visit to your Villas and we could not be more pleased with our stays. In fact, we are thinking about coming for two weeks next year??
    Of note, the bed at Water Edge is magnificent! I have been plagued by lumbar back pain recently especially when I sleep. I can tell you that I did not experience one night of back discomfort on your bed!! What type of bed is there? It was magical!!

    The villa was outstanding. Super private with an awesome beach and snorkeling beyond compare. The location is so tranquil and scenic. My wife and I loved every second we were there. The villa was spotless, beautiful inside and out.

    We LOVED this villa and want to come back. We especially loved all the details- hot water shower outside by pool, all the screened windows and doors that kept out bugs but could still enjoy the breeze, the romantic pool, all the balconies for viewing the beautiful sunrise/sunset and the water, the mood lights around the ceiling in bedroom, taking a shower or bath while looking at the beautiful water, etc. The list goes on and on.

    We loved the waters edge villa, it was one of the best vacations we have had. We enjoyed the 80's mix on the villas iPad and the blue tooth speaker was loud enough to listen while in the pool! Overall a beautiful modern villa!

    We loved everything about the Villa. We were looking for a quieter more relaxing experience than going to a resort and that's exactly what we got. The location was perfect so when we did want to venture out it was very easy getting to different parts of the island. We can\'t wait to come back! Thanks for your great service!
