Sea Edge Villa is part of a trio of beautifully designed Villas at Grace Bay on the world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Each villa features luxurious décor in two levels of living space, multiple terraces, and breathtaking vistas of Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina. Viewed from the water, Sea Edge is the Easternmost villa on the left side of the grouping.

The comfortable and spacious beach-level living room features a 40” Google TV with web capabilities as well as an amazing view of the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for grilling freshly caught fish or guests can use the BBQ grill that’s located on the pool patio. Take a dip in your private pool whilst enjoying the view. In the morning, the large master bedroom upstairs gives a scenic view of the sunrise over Grace Bay. While enjoying the calm rolling bay at a distance, guests can enjoy soaking in the large granite tub. The upstairs balconies that look over either Grace Bay or Turtle Cove Marina are perfect for enjoying a romantic moment or with a tropical beverage in hand. Invite in the ocean breeze through the master bedroom by opening both patio doors to create a perfect Caribbean retreat.

The Villas at Grace Bay are conveniently located a short walk or drive from Turtle Cove Marina which offers 6 restaurants, various boating excursions, and a dive shop.

Notes:

• Electricity is metered in order to discourage A/C use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150.00 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. There are two separate air conditioning systems in this holiday villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Water Edge gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.

• Please note a cleaning fee of $235.00 is added to the rate.

• Sea Edge is located almost directly on Smith’s Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.

    This was our 1st trip to TCI, celebrating 10 years together.
    1) Walk out the back door and walk 4 houses down to the right-Great snorkeling!
    2) Drive around-Sapodilla Bay is beautiful, driving around the Leeward Beach area you'll see beautiful homes and another gorgeous beach!
    3) EAT! Make reservations early for Coco Bistro!
    Sharkbite-Almond crusted grouper is to die for!
    Mango Reef was wonderful too! Seafood pasta and mojitos!
    da Conch Shack-Fish Tacos were amazing!
    Thursday Night Fish Fry-We went after sunset and had a blast!

    First time in Turks and OMG! What a beautiful island, amazing food, great villa, awesome locals! We stayed at Seven Stars for a few days then moved to Sea Edge, so nice to experience both! We're huge foodies, our favorites were Baci (Italian, like 2 seconds away), Seven, Coco Bistro and we're trying Coco Van tonight. Try Turks kebab, small kebab shack, WOW! A favorite activity was horseback riding in the water....Provo Ponies, best experience ever!

    This is our 5th trip to TCI, including our first trip 6 years ago to get married! Sea Edge Villa is our second favorite place to stay on island (but only because we stayed at the Palms penthouse our first stay!) We LOVED this villa and think it will be our go-to place to stay for upcoming vacations. we enjoyed literally everything at this villa! We recommend da Conch Shack for lunch or dinner!

    The hospitality and personal service from TC Villas was amazing. From initial questions and reservation, they made us feel we were their top priority. Check in included meeting us for very late check in at the villa and providing an abundance of information about the villa and the island. An issue in the bathroom was handled promptly by the maintenance staff. The villa and the experience with TC Villas was exceptional in every way.

  • This villa is so very nice. The layout is perfect. We really enjoyed everything about the Island. This is our 4th time (our favorite island). We will definitely be back again. We have made friends because everyone on the island is so very warm and friendly. The bedroom is the most relaxing. To be able to wake up in the morning with the roar of the ocean and the different views is spectacular. And to go to sleep being rocked by the sounds of the waves is utterly indescribable.

    Our stay at the Sea Edge Villa was nothing short of magical. We stayed here for 7 nights on our honeymoon after spending the first 3 nights at a nearby resort. We very much preferred the villa over any of the resorts upon arrival. If you're looking for a romantic getaway with some privacy, this is definitely the place for you. The views from this villa are breathtaking. (Especially upstairs!!) The location is fantastic. The beach that we had immediate access to was quiet, ridiculously beautiful and has some of the best snorkeling on the island. TC Villas was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We are already planning our next trip back!!
